1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings with Dare to Dream Adventures are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the trip departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

3. Travel Insurance

All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers trekking/climbing at altitude, emergency evacuation by helicopter, and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance must be provided before the trip begins.

4. Health & Fitness

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for their chosen adventure. Some trips require a moderate to high level of fitness. Please consult your doctor before booking high-altitude adventures.

5. Safety & Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to altitude sickness, extreme weather, and physical injury. Our guides will make every effort to ensure your safety, and reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons.

6. Liability

Dare to Dream Adventures acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and activity providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the trip due to causes beyond our control.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify trip itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of similar quality will be provided wherever possible.
